this is a great cell phone.simple and easy to use.big buttons and clear text on screen makes it great for my 72 year old mum.its not too big in size nor too heavy as well.the sos feature also makes it easier for her to contact me in an emergency.the build quality seems solid so i think it would be damaged if dropped.
