   I am going to give an honest opinion from a fan's perspective. I have both the so called "knock off" and "Real" versions. I am very pleased to say that they both work exactly the same. The flash drive works very well and they both transform. Having been a fan of the Transformers cartoon show since it first came out back in the eighties, I was soooo glad that someone decided to bring this character back. Whether it is a knock off or real it did not matter to me. Personally, I'd prefer the "kock off" version because it has 8GB. Hope this helps! (Posted on 10/23/10)
